Privacy policy

This portal is used by authorised staff to manage customer routers and to open short-lived remote-access sessions.

What we store

• Your name, email address, and a hashed password
• A secret for your authenticator app, and recovery codes
• Records of the clients, sites, and devices you are allowed to manage
• An audit log of sign-ins and changes, including the time and the account that made them

Why

We store this so we can give you access to the right networks, record who changed a device, and close a session when it ends.

Cookies

The portal uses only the cookies described in the cookie policy. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell this information. It stays on the systems that run the portal, and on the routers the portal manages.

Your account

Ask a Super Admin to correct your name or email, or to close your account. Closing an account does not erase the audit log of actions already taken.
